By bus
Bus number 25 (or 25a) runs between the centre of Brighton and the universities - from Churchill Square and Old Steine - bringing passengers directly onto the campuses. Bus 25c runs from outside the Royal Sussex County Hospital to the campus approximately three times an hour, and takes about 20 minutes at off-peak times.
The bus services above all stop at several points on campus, none more than five or 10 minutes walk away from the CISC. The closest stops are the two on the Eastern Ring Road, from where there is a short path to the back of the building. (The entrance is at the front.)
Alternatively, you can get off at the earlier bus stop on North-South
road, between the Pevensey and the Engineering bridges.
From this bus stop, walk along the side of Chichester II, towards Chichester
III. Then go up the steps, between 2 blue and yellow posts and continue
straight up the hill, through a large car park. CISC is in front of you
at the top of the hill.
In addition, bus services 28, 29, 728 and 729 operate between Brighton (Old Steine) and destinations east of Falmer. These stop outside the University of Sussex.
