graduate entry

'I entered BSMS with a PhD and I'm really enjoying the course, especially with the great mix of people from different backgrounds and age groups.'
Joalice
Applications from graduates are welcomed.
If you hold, or expect to hold, a first or upper second class honours degree and can demonstrate an adequate knowledge of Biology and Chemistry – this may be achieved through the degree itself or through having studied these subjects to A or AS level - you will be eligible to apply to study medicine at BSMS.
As a graduate entrant you are assessed on your recent achievement and do not have to satisfy other entry requirements (eg you are not required to have AAB at A level).
You should, however, note that the integrated nature of the BSMS degree in medicine does not allow entry to a different year of the course.
If you hold (or expect to hold) a good honours degree but do not have the necessary knowledge of Biology and Chemistry, you are invited to consider entry via the Access to Medicine route.
