Biography

An innovative senior academic and policy advisor with experience of working in higher education, central and local government. A specialist in medical education, evidence based medicine and health services research with over 20 years’ experience in researching complex interventions. Extensive experience in the design and delivery of M level courses in face to face and online modalities utilising inclusive pedagogical approaches. 

Currently, Director of Postgraduate Teaching and Learning at BSMS responsible for the operational and financial management of all BSMS M level courses in face to face, blended and distance learning environments.


Research

Experienced mixed methods, realist researcher with over 25 years’ experience researching and supporting the integration of refugee health professionals across the UK and Europe.
