International students

A number of our postgraduate courses are suitable for study by international students. These include:

Full-time courses are studied over a one-year period. Courses may be taken on a part-time basis, subject to visa requirements.

International applicants who meet the above entry criteria and have IELTS (minimum score of 7.0, with no less than 6.5 in each section) are welcome to apply.

The International Student Programme at BSMS offers excellent support including:

  • professional modules in leadership, communication, learning and teaching, in which a wide range of international students study together

  • a research dissertation in an area relevant to improving healthcare in your home country.

Study by the sunny south coast

Most our postgraduate courses take place at the University of Brighton Falmer campus, reportedly one of the sunniest campuses in the UK. It’s based on the edge of the South Downs National Park, with the vibrant city and seafront of Brighton just 10 minutes away.

There are excellent transport links: London and Gatwick Airport can be reached within an hour by rail.
