Biography
Jane has over 25 years’ experience at a senior level in the local NHS, having worked across areas including public participation and patient experience, service transformation and improvement, evaluation, commissioning, development and delivery of strategy and leadership development. Jane has also worked on regional and national level projects and programmes.
Jane has been part of the Healthcare Leadership team at BSMS for 18 months, and is the module lead for the “Quality, safety and service improvement in clinical services” module, in addition to leading key areas of the Healthcare Leadership and Change Management module, and developing and delivering CPD programmes in Patient and Carer Experience.
