Biography
Jessie has more than 25 years’ experience at senior levels in the NHS having worked extensively in service transformation and improvement, engagement, research, evaluation and leadership education at national and local levels. Jessie has contributed to the Healthcare Leadership and Commissioning MSc for over 10 years and is currently Assistant Professor contributing to teaching on core modules, facilitation of the Leadership and Education Fellows and development of CPD programmes in Patient and Carer Experience which is her subject specialism.
