BSMS Oncology, Haematology and Palliative Care (OHP) Society have chosen to partner with the Sussex Cancer Fund, to host a Cancer Research Showcase and Fundraiser. We aim to demonstrate the importance of donations to cancer research and how they can improve lives.
Whilst our beneficiary is the Sussex Cancer Fund, our message is to donate to cancer research in general.
We understand that cancer charities have struggled through the COVID-19 pandemic and we would like to support them by raising awareness.
A range of speakers have kindly chosen to talk at the event, including researchers and clinicians. The event will be held on Saturday 13 March between the hours of 10am and 1pm. Tickets are £5 and every penny we raise will be donated to the Sussex Cancer Fund.
