About this session

Perinatal Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (POCD) is currently under-recognised and under-diagnosed within the healthcare system, despite effective treatment being known. Therefore, it's important for us to understand how people with POCD experiences access support services.

In June's lecture, Alice Tunks will explore POCD and how service users access support for POCD. This will include some of her own research into how service users came to recognise their symptoms, how they interacted with healthcare professionals, and whether they were able to receive support.

If you have any questions about this event, or the Monthly Lecture Series, please email the Outreach Team via outreach@bsms.ac.uk.

Please note, we do not provide certificates of attendance for any of our online talks or lectures in the Monthly Lecture Series.
