About this session

Richard conducted interviews with a range of patients and identified five major themes about remote consultations: (1) they are convenient, but require appropriate technology; (2) systems are not always user-friendly; (3) empathy and rapport may be affected; (4) they may be less appropriate for sensitive or emotional topics; (5) continuity of care is often lacking.

If you have any questions about this event, or the Monthly Lecture Series, please email the Outreach Team via outreach@bsms.ac.uk

Please note, we do not provide certificates of attendance for any of our online talks or lectures in the Monthly Lecture Series.
