Single Module Study

Flexible, modular learning

Our extensive range of postgraduate taught modules cover clinical, professional and research subjects in-depth. Our modular course structure allows flexible study options for part-time learning. Many modules can be studied as stand-alone units or as part of a multi-year programme of part-time study leading to a postgraduate qualification.

Alternatively, many of our modules can be taken for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes alone (without assessment); see our CPD page for more information.

Build towards an academic qualification

Each module listed below is worth 20 level 7 credits. Modules can be taken individually or can build towards an academic qualification if desired; the number of credits required for each qualification is shown in the table below.

Where relevant, candidates may gain credits via recognition of prior learning (RPL) for study at another academic institution. Qualification awards require completion of mandatory modules (these vary by qualification); in many instances these are combined with your choice of optional module(s) to achieve the credits required for the award.
