LGBTQ+ work

Statement and objectives 

The BSMS LGBTQ+ subgroup consists of academic and professional services staff members and all staff are welcome to join. The group meet regularly to share resources and ideas to promote awareness and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues across the school. 

Objectives include:

  • To create an LGBTQ+ inclusive environment for all students and staff 
  • Promote and campaign around LGBTQ+ issues across the school
  • Organise events and training workshops for staff and students about LGBTQ+ awareness
